"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"The staff were very helpful & informative.
The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff.
The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room.
The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there.
Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice.
The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford.

"It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely.

"Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.
