"Clean and central to what I needed."

"A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. Other than that, would book...

"The room was clean and well-maintained and had all the basics. Unfortunately some internal walls are thin (my neighbour had a cough), the common areas are old and worn, and it's on a busy corner. If you're a deep sleeper, go for it."

"I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok."
