"The hotel was in a great location, close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The property was very clean however a few things were in slight disrepair such as the soap and shampoo dispensers and our door to our room did not close all the way automatically and it was sticking, likely due to the age of the property and the humidity. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Be sure to book parking straight away when you book your room as there are very few parking spaces available at the hotel. I made this mistake assuming there would be ample parking. We ended up parking about a five minute walk away at the sister property ( The Stratford hotel.) It was a bit of an inconvenience as it was pouring rain on the day we checked out and we had to walk over to the other hotel to get our vehicle. All things considered, we would stay there again and book parking straight away."
