"It met my needs but was a high price point for the lack of amenities and limited concierge service. First time I’ve spent time at a hotel where there is no concierge available throughout the evening. That being said the staff was nice when they were there and the room was mostly clean with the exception of hair on the bed. "

"Called and asked for an early check in, was rudley told no. And then a friend called and asked and was told they could. So I’m not sure why that option was not available to me. Couldn’t use my credit card to leave a deposit so I had to use debit and have it returned before I left. Room also had a slight old cigarette smell "
