Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen."

"Die Apartments sind in neuwertigem Zustand. Sehr praktisch ist die Tiefgarage und die fussläufige Anbindung zum Station, ca 15 Minuten. Der Check-in, über den Browser/App funktioniert auch gut, sofern man eine Internet Verbindung hat. Diese funktioniert aber nicht mehr, wenn man drinnen vor der Apartment Tür steht. Es wäre schön, wenn man bereits mit den check-in Daten auch die Daten für den hauseigenen WLAN Zugang bekommen könnte."

"Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel. We hope Expedia refunds our money… and speaks to this hotel. "

"Great place for short and long term stay. 30 min drive to Dusseldorf. Many supermarkets around. Room is clean and spacious too. There are fridge, smart tv, kitchenette with stove and microwave too. Communication with customer service was great and easy too. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table....
