Nice place for a holiday stay

All in all, this is a nice place for an out-of-the-way location like Strahan. We were there only overnight so we probably would have been better off just booking a hotel room, but for a vacationing family on a budget, this would be a suitable place. The only real issue we had, typical in Australia, was spiders and cobwebs (and other insects) in the place, but the place was not overrun with them. Would stay here again under more appropriate circumstances.

Our superior garden apartment was lovely - neat & tidy and we were very impressed with its cleanliness. A great spot and only a short walk into the centre of Strahan. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Welcoming and comfortable

Pam, our host, gave us a very warm welcome and some excellent advice about activities and things to see in the area. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

This was a good sized room, clean, well presented and plenty of space for moving about. Interestingly the bed had a wool duvet which we like as they are more breathable and we have one at home.

The property, though dated, provided good accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided most amenities for the traveler. The only reason it got a lesser star rating was the shared laundry facilities. Though on the outskirts of Strahan, distance to the main town features were only a short car drive away.
