"Every thing about this hotel is perfect! From the moment we checked in to the day we checked out, we were absolutely pleased! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (Room 518), and it had tons of space and a comfy bed. The restaurant serves a huge breakfast buffet, and their lunch/dinner was fantastic! However, what really sets this property apart from others is the service. Everyone SO NICE! A big thank you to Lana for her service! We will definitely come back!!"

"We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . "Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really well designed and the shower's very powerful. It's in an ideal location for getting around the sights of Ljubljana. Everything in the mini bar is complimentary which is completely unheard of these days and they give you a free welcome drink on arrival. Don't hesitate to stay here."

"The room was very clean. The staff was polite and kind. They are fluent in English as well. There is a laundry machine on grounds. There are a lot of shops, nail salons, nearby. The city center where the tours happen is one bus ride away and the stop is across the street from the entrance of the resort. It's a camp grounds so bring bug spray. I washed clothes at 1AM and ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. I felt very safe here. It's peaceful and calm. Lots of good energy here. "

"Wonderful location & a new building. Breakfast buffet was well worth the extra charge. They have an outside patio to enjoy your breakfast or tapas. The tapas lounge offered just the right amount of good quality food. All staff— front desk & housekeeping were very friendly & helpful. "Fabulous hotel, 2 blocks from bus station, 3 blocks from riverside. Guests are older folks like me, in a regular hotel room, and backpackers, in capsule rooms. Great breakfast (costs extra), rooftop bar with nice view of the castle. Laundry, luggage storage. We’ll be back!"

"Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable."
