"Super friendly staff, who are supporting and helping their guests. The rooms were absolutely tidy and clean, as well as spacious. The communication before and after the stay was great. The hotel is located outside the city center next to a busy road, so best solution is to take a bus or rent a bike from the hotel (plus: it is for free!) to the city center."

"We loved everything about this hotel except our room (25) was very noisy because of the hotel restaurant's loud and mostly electronic music. Ww couldn't use our balcony and had to keep all windows and doors shut to muffle the vibration and sound! We had to ask repeatefly for it to be turned down - and even then it wasn't enough for us to enjoy our stay. A lot iof money spent and very disappointing!"

"Great location for everything in the city center. Hotel is well-maintained, staff are kind and helpful, and room was immaculate and modern. Would definitely stay again (and recommend to our friends). "

"Pros: Spacious clean room with kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff. Many breakfast options with cooked to order eggs. Good location for walking around the city. Cons: Hairdryer mounted too high. Rainfall shower head not good if you don’t want to wash your hair that day. Overall, would definitely stay here again."

"When I say this hotel went above and beyond, I mean it. I screwed up my booking and arrived a day early. They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. "Comfortable beds, great location, loved the apartment perks - refrigerator, stove, & washer within unit. The futon bed was comfortable - we didn't open it fully but used it as a twin bed and there was an additional king size bed in the unit. Just a heads up, as the hotel explains, there is no lift. The stairs are narrow & steep. Just mentioning in case this is a concern for anyone."
