"I was out on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard someone above me walking. It sounded like stomping. Then in the middle of the night, there was a disturbance in the lobby. It was yelling and screaming. I had Zero sleep. The bathroom is outdated. There were chips and cracks on the floor panels and on the wall in the shower. It was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back here."

"Easy access to the interstate"

"The room was fairly clean, but was not cleaned or serviced the next day, even though no door tag on door advising otherwise. I had to go down to front desk that evening to get clean towels."

"This was a 10/10 experience. I booked for my girlfriend’s birthday and we both had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a break and a hard reset."

"Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend."

"Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal."

"I have pictures. The door was broken. Locks broken floor filthy. All surfaces filthy. I couldn't take my socks off my feet stuck to the floor."

"My stay at Hine2 Suites was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Most of the family stayed there and enjoyed the hospitality. From the friendly staff, to the complementary breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms."

"Air conditioning was not good"

"My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more."

"Horrendous. Disgusting rooms. Smelled like cigarettes and every blanket/ sheet had burn holes. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast is coffee and bags of Doritos. Didn’t have super high expectations but my god I would avoid this place next time."

"I had a great stay. The front desk was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. I just didn’t understand why there was a separate fee for parking."
