"I booked the room. I was very happy with the photos of the room and the price. On arrival the superior room they gave me was horrible, it was tiny. I went reception, showed the photos and he told me the two did not tally. But he upgraded us to the Executive room which was the photos shown. The room was lovely. Amazing size and very comfortable. "

"Went to Nottingham for a concert and booked here for the price and convenience. We arrived an hour before check in so there was a small fee but the room price was decent so that wasn’t too much of a problem. Room was tidy and clean and the areas around the reception/bar was clean and tidy. We didn’t eat there as we were meeting friends in town. Would definitely stay here again "

"Room was clean, staff were more than friendly and helpful for anything needed. Food is delicious and the atmosphere at the bars are brilliant. The fact you get to use the spa facilities (pool & gym) is also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend for a nice weekend break away or even just a night."
