The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. "No curtains in the room, just ill-fitting roller blinds, it felt a little like a youth hostel rather than a hotel room. The iron we asked for covered my white shirt in black gunk (my fault for not checking the plate but disappointed staff would give out such rubbish). Extractor fan in bathroom broken, very uncomfortable old soggy mattress. Staff were lovely, breakfast average, quiet overall in the rooms. "
