Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Radisson BLU Hotel Durham
Radisson Blu is my hotel of choice- however the Durham hotel is a little jaded and in need of refurbishment - my room was comfortable and spacious but there was no fridge and the headboard on the bed showed signs of wear. The pillows were also lumpy and past their best.
