Good level B&B
All in very good. Self check in was easy. I was only in single room but it was spacious enough and warm enough. Breakfast was nice but fresh fruit would have been good. Only thing was a continual banging noise when trying to sleep and in the morning. Not sure if it was coming from heating.

Amazing!
Amazing accommodation. I just need to have a sleepover for my morning meeting in the area. Very nice room - spacious. Beautiful and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. For the price really nice room.

We were at a party in Norton and this hotel was ideal. Central location, clean, comfortable and friendly with plenty of parking.

Northern Hospitality!
The room was small however it was perfect for my needs! The interior of the building was very very clean! Bed was very comfortable! Tea, coffee was provided! Bathroom looked like it was brand new! I would give my stay 9 out of 10. If u are in or near Stockton , Kingswood is a perfect place to stay! Big thumbs up!

Good pleasant room
A newly refurbished property with good shower and wash facilities and a comfy room in general. THe room was a little compact for a double bed, otherwise very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable

Good little place
Nice property very clean and tidy , looked like the rooms have recently been renovated to a high standard Not a complaint but it was very warm in the room a little uncomfortable to sleep , however bed very comfortable and room nice place to be Paid for breakfast wich was very nice but our orders for what we wanted on full English breakfast and both did come wrong , again not the end of the world and we didnt want to bother the staff as they were busy just think if your going to bother taking the time to ask exactly what you want you should then get it right All in all a great price for a good nights stay with the village 2 min walk away with good pubs and shops

This place was fantastic. Really tastefully decorated and in great condition. The whole place was spotless. Even on top of the wardrobe! We will DEFINITELY stay again.

Lovely room, well presented. Bit warm but opened the window. Didn’t seem clear about breakfast and hadn’t realised we had to order the night before/ comfy beds and lovely little packs in the room. Could have done with more milk in but overall very nice.

I stayed here to visit family in the local area. Good communication prior to my arrival with information about check. I traveled from Portsmouth and arrived late. It was nice and easy to check in out of hours with the information provided. I was please to find a clean, quite and comfortable room on my arrival. I was in the room on the ground floor next to the dinning area and I didn't hear a thing in my room, so managed to sleep in. Thank you very much for a lovely short stay.

Lovely litle B&B. Had a single bed ensuite. Very clean, and the instructions for early arrival were vlear and accurate. Very nice little continental breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, plenty of parking, lovely lounge area for continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly staff. The property is situated on a very busy road, so I'd recommend asking for a room to the rear of the property especially if you're working nights, or wanting a lay in. I was woken up from 5.30am both mornings with the traffic noise that was then constant through the day.

A 9 night stay
Bfest was only available from 8-9. Only when d girls come in a bit earlier that you can have your continental bfest if need to head out early. No staff or owner stay on site. Room was not made up on a Sunday and I had no one to approach for fresh towels. Other than that, staff was very friendly and helpful when they’re around.
