"The hotel’s location is its biggest strength—far enough from the noise and crowds of Duval Street, which made for a much more peaceful stay. The property itself is clean overall, and the ocean views from the room (sailboats and catamarans) are truly beautiful.
That said, there were some drawbacks. My bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell, and I even saw a sewer fly, which should have been addressed prior to arrival. While staff did respond and attempt to fix it, this shouldn’t have been an...
