"We were not expecting the world for our two night stay given that this is student accommodation however I do expect the basics; for it to be clean and for the bed to be comfy enough to sleep on. Unfortunately neither of these basic expectations were fulfilled. We arrived late Friday evening to a bed which had clearly not been changed. There was alot of grass and hair in the sheets. Given the 8 and a half hour journey we had undertook to get there we just wanted to sleep and so brushed these off...
