"We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence. "

"Easy to get to from Florence city centre. However worth noting that reception closes at 21:30, we were extremely lucky they stayed open as we arrived very close to 22:00 after a day exploring the city. Pizza onsite was good, views stunning. Accomodation shakes a little when people walked around inside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"We loved the breakfast and unlimited coffees;) the vibe of the hotel was amazing! Very nice and clean rooms. My only 2 wishes are: shower cap (there was none) and warmer temperature in the shower (I love my shower hot). Overall fantastic hotel, and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Florence."

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."
