"J’y ai passé 14 nuits et mon séjour a été excellent. Ma chambre était propre et généralement calme. L’hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville ce qui était très pratique."

"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer"

"The hotel is in a good location, clean and well maintained throughout although the rooms could do with some modernising. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"Fijn hotel in een oud kantoorpand midden in een (druk) winkelcentrum, wat overigens niet voor overlast zorgt. Ideaal hotel voor een nachtje aan de grens. Parkeren is gratis voor hotelgasten, alhoewel het erg druk in de algemene garage is."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"It was ok. It smells good upon entering the hotel and the staff are friendly. The good thing, its near a tram station.And the indoor pool is also a good additional amenity. But in terms of cleanliness, i was a little disappointed since the shower area can see a trace of calc. Also i thought there is a self service coffee and tea provided on the room, But it was just the machine. "

"Mucha comodidad en la habitación, te dejan hacer el chek In antes, te dan un pase para moverte en camion sin costo, el desayuno está incluido, la parada del camión que te deja en el centro y en la estación están afuera del hotel"

"Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Die Frühstücksauswahl war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Das Gebäude war auf den Fluren und in den Zimmern nicht wirklich sauber. In unserem Zimmer stand noch das Urin vom Vorgänger in der Toilette und das ganze Zimmer hat danach gestunken."

"Voor ons de 3e keer. Laatste keer was 3 jaar geleden. Er lijkt niets veranderd. Het restaurant was helaas gesloten, maar er werden wel heerlijke pizzas geserveerd. Prima plek met honden. Er ligt een mooi park naast het hotel om ze uit te laten. Hele ruime parkeerplaats. We komen hiernop doorreis naar Italië of op de terugweg vast nog wel vaker."
