If you need rest find somewhere else!

We travel very long time and needed rest until check out at noon. Not good for that. Cleaning lady disturbed 3 times from 8:45 am asking us to leave because she had to “travail”!! The next door room very loud. We booked on the go shortly before arrival, unclear instructions for check in. No information. Telecom at the arrival helped us with required reservation number for selfservice check-in.

A very nice stay in a budget hotel. Only thing which was not soo good is the walls were paper thin and you could hear both neighbours clearly

Great deal for a weekend in Alsace

Very friendly greetings from the staff from the start to the end, convenient located with car to visit the area, good quality for the price. Would recommand and we plan to stay there again another time.

Exactly what we expected

It was our second stay and we were very satisfied, just like last time. Great location close to everything of interest by car. Very welcoming staff, nice toward kids, good quality for the price.

Il faudrait absolument penser au pain sans gluten d autant plus que je reviens tout les ans dans votre établissement et je ne peux pas prendre de petit déjeuner je ne mange pas de madeleines sans gluten et vous n’avez que des madeleines sans gluten à proposer !! Il faudrait faire un effort !! Je vous remercie de faire monter la demande !!

La femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre….

Il n’est absolument pas normal qu’une femme de chambre rentre dans la chambre à 8h15 sans toquer !!! elle ne parle pas bien français, ne s’excuse pas et ferme la porte. Je t’ai bien évidemment en train de me préparer, mais si j’étais nu en sortant de ma douche. Pour moi c’est intolérable….. d’autant plus que la dème à l’accueil me dit, on a pas le choix de rentrer dans les chambres, et limite me fait un reproche à moi-même de lui faire cette remontée.

J’en est fait des wk des séjours et celui la été le pire le plus horrible de ma vie ! J’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi bruyant ou deja les gens sont libre de faire se qu’il veulent sans gêne ! Les femmes de menage commence leur menage tres mais très bruyant le matins des 7h et les gens qui prépare le petit dej font trop de bruit c’est tres mal isoler ! Pas d’agent d’accueil pas de sécurité dommage car jlai payer cher pour se que s’était Il y a un gros effort de calme et de propreté à faire dans cette hôtel ! Je suis venu avec mes 2 enfants ont a pas dormis de la nuit , il y avait trop de jeune et d’homme qui faisait des bruits horrible sous alcool les gens de l’hôtel ont dû sortir pour leur dire de se calmer ! Plus jamais jamais jamais Même gratuit je n’irais pas !
