"It’s a nice, clean and modern hotel with kind and helpful stuff. Loved that they had an electric kettle and coffee-maker in the room. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the Ghent-St. Peter’s train stop, which get you to/ from Brussels. Only downside is it’s about a 35-minute walk (albeit a scenic riverside stroll) from the medieval center of Gent, where all the biggest attractions are. I didn’t mind the walk back after eating too much frites, beer and waffles. "

"We had a great time playing games borrowed from the lobby games library. The hitel creates a very social atmosphere that we really liked. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "
