"The room was clean and beautiful, overlooking the white mountains. I guess I didn't read the fine print because we were expecting some dining option. Sylvesters for dinner and the Market for breakfast were not far away.
The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary.
Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming.
The host was quite welcoming and attentive....

"The bathroom was not really clean. There was dirt and stuff behind the door as if the cleaner did not look behind it.
The beds were clean.
The lobby is very nice and had a fire going. The breakfast area was clean and orderly. "

"Warm and friedly atmosphere. A family like atmosphere. Donna, Doug are wonderful proprietors and maintain a beautiful and charming classical 200 plus year home and B&B. My wife and zI have been twice and look fotward to a third and.... we highly recommend."

"Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, if you're looking for a glamorous 5 star hotel experience this isn't the spot for you but if you're looking for the most charming, comfortable, possibly THE most convenient spot to stay in North Conway I urge you to get a room here!
Staff was helpful and kind. Truly felt like you're walking back into your own home after a day or two :) "
