"Clean rooms Friendly and helpful Close to restaurants No bells and whistles but for price can't complain"

"The swimming pool as previous travellers have mentioned has not been used for some time therefore, they really should remove that from the availability. There was no coffee pot in the room and the provided breakfast was really not worth mentioning. That being said it was in a decent country atmosphere and for the price was really worth it. I would go again."

"This is a horse camp area. And they allow pets. Just make sure you and your pets can respect the room. Wonderful place"

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again."

"We had a cabin with 2 double beds— very clean, refrigerator, good a/c, coffee maker. Comfy beds with 4 nice pillows! Not updated by modern standards but very nice! 1/2 mile from the very cool Cumberland Falls overlooks."

"There was nothing good about this property calling a roach motel is giving it credit. It was disgusting. The staff was unhelpful and we ended up having to drive 200 miles back to this location to look for a cell phone that my Life360 showed was here but yet nobody had an office key or a key to the laundry facility when the phone showed that it was here. By far this place needs help and new management and also a good cleaning."

"Very clean. Good location. Parking was a bit crowded, ended up having to park at back of the building both nights. Our room was great. Close to many stores and restaurants. Didn’t use the pool but the area looked clean."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat."
