Wonderful property and stay. Only issue was the parking in the back is really unsafe with the snow. My husband myself and my son all fell down on some black ice. We were trying to be careful but it was difficult with nothing to hold onto on the steep hill. My husband and son were good but I hit my head after falling. Regardless wed stay here again but wont park any place other than the front.

This place is interesting because its a timeshare property, not a hotel. So you wont find things like coffee in the lobby. But its charming and quiet. The front desk staff was really nice and the suite was really large! Comfortable bed, huge sofa, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, kitchen, free parking, view of trees out one side, small balcony. Theres a great cafe down on the corner. The hot tub looked nice but we didnt use it. Nice lobby & books, magazines & movies to borrow. Id stay here again.

Great place for a girls weekend. Quick 10min walk to the casions. Cheap Uber if thats what you need. Lobby closes by 7pm but not an issue. Its definitely a place to relax.. go into town to party come back to the lodge to chill

This place was a great location, past the Casinos, 3 miles to Zepher Cove and 30 minutes over KingsburyGrade to Carson Valley. Staff was amazing and we had everything we needed in our room to dine in . Was suprised on Saturday with a nice continental breakfast that they do . Room was very clean and well kept.

Perfect
Hesitant because of reviews about lack of air conditioning. Room temp was perfect even without opening slider. Fans did fine! First floor room, no direct sun. Surprised how spacious and comfortable with all items on hand. Extremely welcoming staff! Would definitely come back!

If you want quiet a place this is it. Short driving distance to the beach, restaurants and casinos. Front Desk lady very helpful. Rooms are good too.

Very nice rooms. Very strange staff. Everything closed at 6 o'clock on the weekend 5 on weekdays, check in desk, lobby, hot tub etc. Nothing could be used after 5 or 6. Also so many rules it felt like the staff didn't want people to leave their room. Nice place but strange management

Do Not Recommend This Timeshare Property
It's a timeshare, not a hotel. You must do maid service yourself including trash, towels, dishes, and stripping sheets at the end. There is no air conditioning. Sliding glass door had to be kept shut because of signs on property warning of bear problems. Room was stuffy in summer. Maintenance being done on the property caused a lot of noise and was intrusive with workers right outside my window looking in. They should not have rented out the affected rooms until it was complete. When I complained and asked for a partial refund, I was told that would never happen.

They micromanage to much
Check-in was from 4-6pm which is crazy. The jacuzzi is only open till 5pm. You can't do anything on your own they treat you like a kid.

Nice Property as Long as You Don’t Need A/C
The lodge is nice and clean a tucked away spot about a mile from the casinos. The front desk staff friendly. Grounds are well kept. The room was nicer than we expected, with a full kitchenette, a Jack-n-Jill bathroom and very comfortable queen size bed in the Master. The room was great for us as we were not relaxing in the room but only sleeping there. The rooms do NOT have air conditioning and we just happened to visit as they were under a heat advisory. The sofa and pull out bed were uncomfortable. The pull out was acceptable for our teen and pre-teen for our stay but as an adult I would not be happy with it and would not put up with it for more than a night or two. Overall a nice place to stay for a couple sharing the queen bed. Kitchenette is great conscience if staying several days. Close enough to walk to the casinos but out of the way enough to not be bothered by event crowds or noise. This is a time share property so the front desk closes after hours and housekeeping is limited. This should not be an issue as long as you are aware of what to expect.

This was our second year staying there and looking forward to next year already. Very quiet and clean and staff very friendly. They do have a indoor hot tube, just wish they would change there hours of use.

Time share property, not flexible management
From the one hand this property has a very convenient location and our 1 bedroom suite had everything that we needed for our stay. From the other hand, it is a time share property ( which wasn’t mentioned when we made our reservation) with endless annoying rules throughout the property and in the room as well. When we arrived to hotel around 7pm there was no one at the front desk and we had to spend 15 minutes calling some numbers to get temporary keys to our room. Next day we had to spend another 15 minutes to complete our check in process. Their sofa bed was very uncomfortable even for our 3 years old twins. If you are a late bird you will not get a housekeeping service after 10am. They were not flexible at all while our checking out and they refused to give us just extra 20 minutes so our twins could finish their meal in the room.

It does not have room ac but it was very fine in the middle of June. It has a kitchen complete with pots, plates, forks knifes etc. Really all you need if you are using the kitchen. It has ceiling fans and a comfortable couch, we did not use the pullout bed.
