"Clean and very comfortable hotel. All staff courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast (continental) with plenty for everyone. Location excellent for U Bahn, literally 100 yards away. There is a direct S Bahn from the airport to Frankfurter Allee (the S85). Plenty other options also. I will be back in Berlin in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again. And to top it all, the hotel itself is situated on the roof of a small shopping center. Brilliant."

"Excellent stay, the room was spotless, I really loved the combination of colours, had excellent sleep and, to my surprise , the bathroom offered both a bath tub and a shower, all the amenities , mini bar provided; Even though the hotel seemed to be pretty populated plus other events taking place (conferences etc ) there was a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere throuoght the hotel and the vast elegant lobby ; For the smokers : there is also an indoor smoking area called " Smoker s Lounge " Didn t try the breakfast but I m sure it was all good standard. Moreover, tram and train just steps away from the hotel plus pharmacies and a Rewe for different groceries, a petrol station just around the corner and even a Burger King for whoever fancies it. Seamless check in experience, same for check out, personnel very nice and welcoming will definitely stay again, as a matter of fact, I already know when I m coming back :) "

"I would like to leave an objective review, however the level of discomfort caused by this accommodation was present throughout our stay. There is no information provided about the room size, and for three adults the room was extremely small. Due to the sloped attic ceilings, we frequently hit our heads. There was no light in the corridor, so we had to use a phone flashlight to enter the code for the key locker. Heating and Wi-Fi were not available on the first day. The advertised terrace, kitchen, and iron were not provided. The photos do not allow a clear understanding of the accommodation, as they show multiple rooms without specifying which one will be assigned. In our case, this resulted in an unpleasant surprise. The bathroom had only one hook on the door, no shelves for toiletries, and a very small drying rack. Towels did not dry properly due to the lack of adequate space to hang them. Positive aspects: coffee sticks and tea were provided, the accommodation was clean, and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows, however, were worn. A mini fridge, kettle, and microwave were available, but the set of utensils was incomplete — there was no knife. Communication was limited. Messages were not answered, and the only available contact method was by phone. Without roaming minutes or sufficient language skills, this was not a practical option."
