"Schönes Hotel. Tolle Abendevents. Personal zeitweise bei großer Auslastung überfordert. Essen war gut mit Steigerung zur einer gehoberen Küche. Keine Antipasti zu Auswahl die mit gefehlt hat. Zimmer war gut & sauber. Personal war immer freundlich. Wellness und Saunabereich schön und genug Auswahl. Zwei Stilleräume, jedoch kein Aufenthaltsraum wo man sich unterhalten kann.Einen Aufenthalt kann man empfehlen. "

"Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."

"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. "Clean property, in a good , convenient location. 10 min drive to the Ski Jewel skiing area. Very nice and friendly hosts and personnel. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The dinner they offered was excellent, truly authentic food!! Would recommend this place to friends and family!"
