"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was incredibly clean and the cleaning crew came daily to replenish towels and make beds. They offered breakfast daily with hot coffee which is a great start for the day. Need to make a special shoutout for the front desk staff who joyfully let us check in a bit early since they had a room ready. All in all this was a great property within a short driving distance to everything downtown Estes."

"13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok.
No phones in room, no TV, no a/c.
The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights."

"Very nice place. They must have had bad experiences with guests bc upon arrival there were several angry-sounding notes about trash & towels needing to be outside by 11 a.m. and no early check-in. These messages could be said more nicely. In person the staff was very nice and friendly."

"Stayed for 2 nights with two kids. Indoor pool was great. Hot tub was relaxing. Could’ve used one more waffle maker in the mornings, as there was a line for that. Room was nice, though it didn’t appear to be vacuumed that well. Overall, would definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and functional, the front desk staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was hot (though nothing special). "This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...
