"The Old Bank Hotel is a great place to stay. It was clean and the staff was very accommodating. They arranged a guided tour of Oxford for us at no charge with a very knowledgeable woman. And the location can't be beat! Highly recommend."

"I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!"

"All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm. Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing "

"An amazing hotel, the service was perfect and an unexpected upgrade really appreciated. Our room was lovely, beautiful and clean and the little extras (chocolate and champagne) really appreciated, (also don’t forget to look in the fridge which is ‘hidden’ in the wardrobe!) Bathroom was spacious and had lovely products and thick luxurious towels. Staff were so friendly and full of advice and tips, they made you feel special and welcomed. However breakfast was a little underwhelming, cooked...
