There was no place to put your car when we got there to check in. No help or carts for bags. It was SO loud. The room was gross. There was mold all over bathroom. Sonesta White Plains Downtown
For sure, I would give this hotel not more than 3 stars, The service from the start to finish horrible the staff never smiled, and could not resolve much , very disappointing. The only reason I choose that hotel, bc It’s very convenient and close to work.
