Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "Parking no problem and got a lovely warm welcome! Have stayed here on three different occasions and always had the best welcome and warmest hospitality! Room was comfortable and very clean , food was lovely and would highly recommend the Scotsman Pack to anyone. Will be definitely be returning at some time later this year! 😃😃"

"Yes the internet was fast and the room was clean , the shower rims where in need of bleach ? check in and check out staff great , didn’t use the bar , breakfast a bit chaotic and kept running out of certain foods and plates "

"We stayed 1 night and did not use any of the facilities or eat there. The room we stayed in was great. A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again. "New hotel and clean, modern, comfortable beds, duvets, pillows and loved the Cowshed toiletries and even hair straighteners provided. Main downside is very expensive parking- £35 overnight at NCP"

"First time I have experienced a 4 pm check in. At the same time check out is at 10 am. Both times are very inconvenient, especially the 4 pm check in. The place was clean. If you need your room cleaned you would have to request it, which was not an issue. Good access to transit as buses stop just in front of hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. The area is safe, as I was out walking past midnight and never felt worried."

"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"Property was clean however staff could have been more helpful. They wouldn’t let our group of 5 sit together at breakfast although there was an available table because they didn’t want to reset it for lunch. "
