Cabin Rentals in Staffordshire Moorlands District

"We found a little gem!!! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious rooms with period features, which have been extremely well thought out by Jo and Steve during their renovations at this lovely old property. The beds were very comfortable, with brilliant white bedding, the towels were also brilliant white and very fluffy and the shower was great after a long, hot day at Alton Towers (and a few drinks at the local pub, which is a very short walk away!) The breakfast, cooked by Steve, was excellent. My husband enjoyed the full english and my daughter and I loved our first Staffordshire Oat Cakes, with cheese and bacon - gorgeous! Jo was lovely and welcoming and has lots of knowledge about the area to share -and her homemade jam with our breakfast was fab. We were there for our daughters birthday and Jo also left a card in our room from her and Steve, which was such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. We cannot recommend The Beehive enough and we will definitely return - thank you so much for such a fabulous stay!"

"Very early days for this establishment. Very friendly and pleasant staff, who really try to please. Great curry on our first night, however very limited choice for our non-curry lover, so had to find alternative dining options. We found that the Windmill was lovely, and only a couple of miles down the road! Somewhere to hang your clothes in the rooms would be useful. Great, large, hot shower. Breakfast each morning set us up for the day. It will be a lovely place once the teething problems have been resolved. Would revisit."

"really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! "

"My sister and I had a lovely stay here. Loads of parking and a lovely gentleman who worked there helped us find our room. He was really helpful, recommended good places to eat and answered any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful gardens outside. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us :)"
