"Good security as needed your room card to access all the doors entering the hall ways leading to the rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable."

"The hotel stay started a little late due to late checkouts, and we were given a room with a bath for our first room after waiting nearly 2 extra hours on top of the 3pm check in time, we requested a walk in shower for our room, my brother and dad had one that they didn’t request, but we’re happy with, at least when I rang reception and told them we requested a walk in shower so then said to wait for a call they were going to call housekeeping to sort a room for us. Once we received that room we had a great stay, the breakfast was great, at least we had air conditioning in the room, we did have to evacuate due to a fire alarm went off, but apart from that we were fine."

"Stayed in a room with two double beds. Very comfortable. Lovely duvet and pillows. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar on this occasion. Would stay here again "

"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! "
