"We had an issue with adding a payment to a reservation and we were met after hours at the door by the property owner. After finding out that we may not be incredibly comfortable with a shared bathroom, she offered an upstairs private apartment that slept our whole party. Great customer service and very kind lady. We were thankful for her generosity and flexibility! "

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It doesn't look like much from outside but the room was great! "This property was a pleasant surprise, the photo looked like an Atco trailer (a metal trailer used in Canada for construction crews), however it was spacious, clean and so far the nicest place we have stayed in Iceland. Odd though, many of the guesthouses have separate single beds."

"This property was wonderful! Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from our room of the mountain was fantastic. We could not hear people once everyone was in their rooms, even with some loud snoring from our neighbor. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. The only small drawback was no working lights or outlets in the bathrooms, but with the sun not setting until midnight, this wasn’t an issue"
