"This was our 2nd time staying at Hotel Jokull and would definitely stay again. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. There were 3 adults and we never felt cramped in the triple room. Breakfast was great. The area is beautiful and only a short drive to Höfn. We highly recommend staying here. "

Lovely front desk gal (named started with an “M” I believe) made us sandwiches and gave us fruit to go since we wouldn’t make breakfast the next day. Cozy reception area. "We had an issue with adding a payment to a reservation and we were met after hours at the door by the property owner. After finding out that we may not be incredibly comfortable with a shared bathroom, she offered an upstairs private apartment that slept our whole party. Great customer service and very kind lady. We were thankful for her generosity and flexibility! "

"Our family of seven stayed here for two nights, two adjacent rooms. We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very helpful and friendly. "We had a lovely 1 night stay in the studio apartment. Easy to understand check-in instructions & directions were sent a couple days ahead of time. Nice clean studio apartment with small kitchen & bathroom, very convenient location near main restaurants in Höfn. Only wish they had left the sofa bed as a sofa, given we were only 2 people. We could not figure out how to close it and would have liked to sit on it. "
