"Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation...

"fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada...

"This is a good option in Toulouse. It is a 20 minute walk to the center of the town but there is a subway station 5 minute from the hotel. It is mostly a student hotel. As our room was over an exterior area, it got a little bit noisy later in the day. Breakfast was very good. Check in was a breeze."
