"Desde que llegamos el personal se portó excesivamente amable. Nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperamos la habitación con upgrade con vista a la ciudad. El restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno mejor. Es de esos hoteles que cuidan los detalles y lo hacen sentir a uno como que estuviera en casa. Sin duda me volvería a quedar allí."

"I really enjoyed he hotel. The quality of the linens and bathroom was excellent. However I was there is the middle of a heatwave and the bed was dressed with a heavy warm winter duvet , lovely but not suitable ! I suggested to them all that was required was a sheet ! Breakfast was varied and delicious. Free coffee and tea available to help yourself tool day. The location was initially surprising but actually very convenient. "No fridge in room. No fresh water in room. Had to get it downstairs. Cannot open windows"

"The day staff gentleman was a joy. The breakfast provided was good. However, the air conditioning was weak and there was mold in the shower. The single shower soap was inadequate. Location was great."

"The location was central and room was clean. Good dining options nearby. The hotel graciously accepted a bike delivery which was fantastic given our late arrival. The staff would not store our bag which was inconvenient but was helpful in recommending a nearby solution."

"Breakfast was worth the added cost. Airport bus stops just outside. Metro also just outside. Grocery store just next door and lots of dining options."

"We arrived early for check-in and as expected our room was not ready so the extremely helpful receptionist took our luggage and held it in their left luggage facility until we returned to check-in later. The room was comfortable and quiet. Although we hadn’t booked breakfast we were able to enjoy the buffet breakfast and pay that morning."
