"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

Kitchen is a good size and well equipped featuring a range cooker that made it easy to serve 7. The dining area is perfect for a group with 2 large tables. The house is cosy and warm. "The property was in an excellent location for our purposes and it had everything we needed. The only disappointing aspect was the amount of passing traffic on the road immediately outside. This started quite early in the morning and continued throughout the day."

"A very attractive house in a quiet location away from it all with superb views down to the sea. Very well equipped property with everything we could have wanted for cooking meals etc. The hot water supply was not wholly reliable and requires some maintenance. Also there was a risk of injury from protruding carpet grippers on the stairs which caused scratches to bare feet. Overall, a good place to spend a holiday."
