"This was my 53rd birthday trip and overall I was pleased. The views were nice . The hotel was tastefully decorated . The walk in shower was top tier. However there are a few things that could be improved upon. The check in process was smooth but the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She in fact seemed irritated by my questions. Also usually I am asked do I need assistance with my bag. I had to ask. Unfortunately it took them so long my daughter ended up going back down to get them....
