Things in the rooms were broken and when we called no one ever came, they did not have any place to get snacks or drinks nonalcoholic besides vending machine machines which subsequently also stopped working at one point. "We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy.
