"We spent a week at this hotel. It was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast served to you and was served nice and hot. We had one evening meal here and it was very nice. The bedroom was an adequate size. No air conditioning but had a large fan provided . Water pressure very low in the shower. No 2 pin point for an electric razor. Bathroom suite dated but serviceable. No light over area where you would do your hair and do makeup"

"The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again."

"The carpet in our room was worn out and rucked up! The pillows were awful we had stiff necks, the 2nd lift that went to the spa was out of order all week. The room was cleaned every day and coffee/tea etc topped up but the room needed a new carpet"

"The location was excellent for us with an Ocean view room The staff at Reception were very helpful. The room nicely decorated good size and clean. Breakfast was good but would have been better if more choice of eggs & bread were available. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Our only disappointment was the service at the Bar. Were told to come back as was too busy making liquor coffees. The cocktails were pre-made out of a tin and not a genuine mix of ingredients but we were not told this until we complained that it didnโt taste like a mojito should."
