"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

I also appreciated how quiet the space was, even with a window facing the street—it made for a very relaxing environment. "Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom...
