Our room was on 3rd floor facing the roof of next door building . And the lobby was very basic with drinks and small menu, but does the job for a short stay during the World Cup."

"Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. "Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Exstodinary service relatively reasonable especially at the last minute. Had a snafu at a compeditora few blocks away. They tripled the price after a refund reached out to the Alexis and booked for the price I had seen a few days earlier. They didn't double the valet, like the competition. The front desk was exstaodinarily kind and upgraded us to a suite. Bed was comfortable a bit noisy but not unexpected due to the world cup. It will be our first choice next time."
