Nice location for trade shows at the Toronto Congress Centre

The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff was very friendly. Rooms were not ready at check in time but not too much later. Hotel bar is busy and had only one bartender working but he did an amazing job. Downtown location is great. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and empowered to use their judgment to ensure a great guest experience. My room was modern with the king bed was spacious and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which included a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a large refrigerator—making it easy to cook meals and even host a small gathering. Overall, the room provided plenty of space and all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only one downside though was the small elevators which seemed outdated.
