"Really nice place to stay great free breakfast with automatic pancake maker nice bar which is reasonably priced staff are very friendly and helpful great late check out at 1200 for free right next to the station only fault 1 of the 2 lifts is awaiting repair (part on order) Really good value 100 yards from the train station and bus station Hull has lots to offer will visit again.. I will visit again "

"Lovely clean hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Slightly difficult to find the parking but was useful to have."

"The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, as were the sandwiches we had the night before. It is a cheap hotel so you could forgive some maintenance issues such as some bubbling of paint. However, the desk in our room had had the edging damaged along over a metre of the front. This exposed the chipboard it was made from and so there was a risk of splinters. We would, however, stay here again."

"No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. "

"I would not stay again as a solo female traveller I was uncomfortable that the apartment was on the ground floor and had a separate entrance to the main building. When sitting in the living room the street noise was very loud and I didn't feel fully safe. I have stayed in a different apartment within this block before that was on the 3rd floor which I loved so I was not expecting the ground floor. Would only return if it was not on the ground floor."

"Loved everything about the hotel, cleanliness, staff are so friendly, room nice and spacious, a bath plus shower, it ticked all the boxes for me and my granddaughter, location great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit."
