I ordered pizza for my kids and they put me in a different room due to the toilet being clogged. They put us in room 217 I put the pizza on dresser and went to the restroom it was a roach on pizza box and on the wall. I was over it. The room did not have a phone to call down to the front desk. "There was NO AIRPORT shuttle service! I did not stay there at all. Their service only worked from 7 am to 7 pm so was of no use to me at all. I need a refund!!"

"Great at check in. Even if I was a little late in the early morning. Staff was amazing. Nice room. Good water pressure in the shower. AC works well. Didn't go well for the morning shuttle but I Chalk it up to bad luck. I will be coming back for my next trips for sure."

"Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking."

"Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush,...

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...
