"The flat was very clean, well appointed with anything I needed, had great AC in the bedroom, and truly met my needs. The staff were so nice and responsive to everything, even arranging a ride for me to the cruise port when I was leaving. One challenge for me was the location. It is very close to an amazing beach! "The location was beautiful, well kept and just a short stroll from the beach. I love how the staff was warm and helpful without trying to sell you anything at every turn. We had a small problem with the toilet in our room when we first arrived, but they quickly switched us to a different room the same night. The grounds were well kept, and the facilities were immaculate. We’ve already decided that we will return next year."

"We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. The only points for improvement would be 1) it was tough to get a great coffee (both in room and at the various restaurants), and 2) there needs to be more amenities for teens. Recently a room with one pool table was added, which was nice, but they could definitely do with a larger and better equipped space for teens to hang out (e.g. mini arcade, foosball, etc). Unfortunately, sargassum has taken over the beach but that didn’t hamper our stay because the view of the ocean was still nice and the pools were lovely."
