I booked a 2 queen corner room i got a 2 full corner room. Breakfast was lacking extremely slow. The buffet was mostly out of food. They never put the regular syrup out. Only had sugar free. The omlet bar was out of everything. There was multiple people ordering 2 to 4 omlets. Waited 45 min just for a omlet. They was out of coffee the first morning. Just put cups over all the spouts. They advertised a hot tub but had it closed off. Said it was for cleaning. Both days. Only had it open for mabe an hour of the fist day of stay. They had several people staying in several different rooms that exceeded the room occupancy. And thoses rooms was very loud keeping people up most of the night. Called down to the front desk to notify them. Dont think they cared or interviened.I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had great a great experience. So i unfortunately suggested this hotel for a family get together we booked a total of 4 rooms. Needless to say i felt bad for suggesting this hotel as the rest of my group had several other issues as well. When we went to the pool it was over crowded no towels. But plenty of piles all around the pool. Called front desk and was told they would bring some down over an hour later still no towels. Went to bar to order a drink the bartender was rude and acted as if he didnt want to be there and that is was a inconvenience to get you a drink. Needless to say i think its safe bet to say i will not be using this hotel or recommend it.
