"A cozy cabin in the woods, only a brief walk away from the lake, and a comfortable fit for our family of 5. Very well stocked kitchen - we were able to cook all our meals easily. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and the swimming area and kayaks that were available for guest use. "Cute little cabin that had a lot of amenities available. Local grocery is only a few minutes away. Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. Fan in living room didn‘t work, someone removed the chain and still couldn‘t get it to turn on. Very hot during the summer. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking, be sure to check...

"We absolutely loved our stay and the owners go above board trying to make sure that there is everything in there that you might possibly need. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Clayton it was absolutely wonderful experience."

"The Cabin was dirty and in poor repair…The beds were so uncomfortable that we could not sleep…the dishes in the cabinet were dirty…we left after one night and were told that our fees would be adjusted but 5 days later there is no evidence of any changes. It is a beautiful area, just a shame that the facilities are so poorly maintained."
