"The only issue I had was the process of opening the door I had to call front desk to come help to open it they had some kind of trick to open the door that needs to get resolved because in reality it was annoying "

"Hotel did smell good in general. Rooms were clean but did need some general maintenance. Our shower filled up with water as the drain was clogged and the vanity faucet was loose and our door going in and out of room was tough to open but other than that our room for money spent was worth it. Extremely quiet at night and did not hear people talking in hallways. Loved how they had room cleaned and beds made and fresh towels everyday. Most hotels we have stayed in lately do not offer that service so I was very glad to have that especially coming home late after a long day visiting New York City. Overall if in the area again I would stay again. "
