"The air conditioning did not work in the room. When I told the front desk, they did not send anyone to repair it so I had to go purchase a fan. The hotel only comp for parking. We were given hand towels with hair on it, there was hair on the floor, and had to call the front desk because they didn't give us bath towels."

"Absolutely Estatic I booked my Motel California here! For being an older motel it is kept in good condition and the staff is friendly! Safety is important as I am a woman traveling alone and I felt safe and greeted and the man who ran the place made me feel comfortable and greeted me and made sure I had everything and even replaced the hairdryer right away! Super important for me:) It was a really great way to be at my conference and I didn’t worry about anything! I lived Arthur’s Cafe next...

"We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially loved the relaxing pool area—it was the perfect place to unwind. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit in the future!"

"The rooms were clean and comfty but there was not a lot sink space for getting ready and drawers for clothing. On the plus side, we liked that the restroom had its own door and allowed for being able to get ready faster. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. Hotel was under renovation but it did not interfere with our stay. I would stay again. Angels stadium and small outlet nearby as well. Will recommend. "

"This hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, loved the Starbucks, salt water pool, recreation area, and proximity to Disneyland. An Uber was quick and most of the time, cost less than their shuttle. The ride to Disney was about 5-10 minutes in traffic. Once at Disney we walked to one of the Disney hotels to catch an Uber back to the Hyatt. Target was near by to get snacks and Disney stuff. The room was just typical but clean. The beds were small with uncomfortable bedding, kind of like tissue...
