"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Great location, helpful staff; bar is small with very limited (but tasty) food choices; cafe is good for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc but no full breakfast options. Room is very small and dated, but is fine for a night or two with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water, though the steam from the shower triggered the smoke detector (twice), and had to run dripping into the room with a towel to wave until it subsided (no adjacent alarms...

"Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . "
