"Great little hotel in good location. Walk to Wrigley, restaurants, train stop in same block. Helpful staff. Only suggestion: hotel should make parking vouchers available to everyone or no one and not say they ran out."

"First time at Dorothy's but I've stayed at her sister location so I know the owner/management and what to expect. Great location and the building is kept up very well. My only non happy comment was no dresser in this room. Its ok since this visit was just me. Being able to use a full kitchen and store food in the refrigerator is a major plus"

I'm thankful a hotel like the Willows exists in Chicago, staying there made our visit that much better. "

"It was impossible to get in contact with anyone in the “lobby” which was just a locked room down a hallway with a phone i could hear ringing over and over again through the walls. I did not see a single staff member my entire stay. The walls are so thin I could hear every little thing. Thank god the speak easy was closed downstairs or I don’t think I would have gotten any sleep at all. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and half a roll of toilet paper. "microwave was not functioning, Bed was old and making lot of noise and disturbance to sleep. Bathroom is tooooooo small."

"Got a card for free drink at Elaine’s coffee shop. Ordered a small chi tea latte and they said it wasn’t covered? Only their basic tea and coffee…. Despite marketing move."
