"Staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. Jasmine at the front desk was superb with answering any questions we had, give that woman a raise. Rooms have been nicely renovated, however the cleanliness of it was not great. I would stay here again. Price point was great, location, and the free parking was a nice touch. The staff alone is the reason I would return if needed. "
"You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . Many people coming in had the same problem as we did. Where it says Marriott Conference Center, put a sign there also as well pointing in the direction of the entrance, as well as one hanging from overhead."
"We stayed here last year and it was our introduction to Red Roof. We were very pleased and were not disappointed with our return this year. Our room had a comfortable King bed which was very important since this was our primary need.There was also a small bathroom with a tub, and a refrigerator and microwave. I particularly liked the large TV and its placement on the wall enabled us to watch TV in bed.Decor was updated and above all the room was clean!!!!!!! We will return!"
